How fit do I have to be to start Qigong?
Qigong is suitable for people at all ages and levels of fitness. Active Qigong involves standing on the spot, moving the arms overhead, bending upper body forward and to the left and right, bending the knees with some movements and some stretching. Everyone is advised to work at their own pace. In private sessions, the practise can be tailored to your individual needs.
How often do you run classes?
Due to covid-19 group Qigong classes are currently Livestream on Zoom. Private classes can be arranged at a mutually suitable time.
