How fit do I have to be to start?
Qigong is suitable for people at all ages and levels of fitness. Active Qigong involves standing on the spot, moving the arms overhead, bending upper body forward and to the left and right, bending the knees with some movements and some stretching. Everyone is advised to work at their own pace. In private sessions, the practise can be tailored to your individual needs.
How often do you run classes?
Once a week at various venues for the duration of the 6 or 8 weeks term – see Qigong Classes page. Private classes can be arranged at a mutually suitable time.
