A nurturing and healing workshop for women with Abby Lee – Ziran Qigong Master Instructor and 6th generation lineage disciple of Ziranmen.

Guys please pass this on to the women you care about.

Some women are nurturers. You’re always nurturing and caring for everyone at home, at work and in social gatherings, etc. Other women are fighters. You feel you always have to be strong and play the power games in order to be recognised for your talents and hard work.

Whether you’re the former, the latter or both or somewhere in between, chances are you often forget or neglect to nurture yourself. This workshop is designed for you.

You deserve to take an afternoon off for yourself – to explore, to reconnect with your femininity, feel into the depth of your own yearnings, get in touch with your innate self healing power, connect with other women, bask in the tenderness of feminine Qi and learn some simple practices that you can take home to continue your own nurturing.

We will cover Ziran Qigong for Women’s Health movement sequence, massages, mini sound meditation, and more.

Ziran Qigong for Women’s Health series is created by Master Liu Deming, the 5th generation lineage holder of Ziranmen Qigong & Kung Fu school from China. The Qigong form introduced in this workshop consists of a sequence of gentle movements and meditation with a focus on breast care. Ziran Qigong for Women’s Health is designed to help women:
