New moon is a wonderful time to be still and contemplate on the desires of your heart and yearnings of your soul. It’s a time to plant new seeds or replenish the soil of the garden of your dreams and goals.

Join us for a mini Aries New Moon ritual, group vocal toning, gentle movement to prepare the body, followed by a deeply relaxing and nurturing sound meditation. In this deep peaceful state you can let your intentions be gently impressed upon your sub-conscious mind, to be followed by your conscious actions. Together, your dreams and goals can be supercharged.

Imagine letting the soothing and healing sound of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Tibetan gong, melodic chimes, Burmese pagoda bells, medicine drums and more take you on a journey of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Allow the vibration of these harmonious sounds wash through your body and mind to help release any tensions or blockages, restore your balance and harmony, renew your vitality and serenity. Walk lightly away after the session feeling relaxed, re-centered and re-energised.

This is what Nicki said about her experience of our New Moon Sound Meditation:

“Regular sound meditation with Abby have become for me a self-care practice not to be missed. I just show up, relax and be mindful and allow myself to be surprised by what arises!

For someone with trust issues, I find Abby to be the gentle, skilful guide I need to climb down from anxiety and attend to my own wellbeing.

I know when I attend a personal sound massage with Abby that I will come away feeling more authentically inside my true self

Abby’s group sound meditations are an antidote to the loss of connection so many os us are sensing. They are an opportunity to be alone, together.”

– Nicki Paull (Author, artist, writer, spiritual seeker)
